Refund and Returns Policy

At Scents Daily, we strive for your complete satisfaction. Inspired by the beautiful teachings of our Holy Prophet Muhammad (SAW) regarding facilitating the believer in business transactions:
“مَنْ أَقَالَ مُسْلِمًا أَقَالَهُ اللَّهُ عَثْرَتَهُ يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ”
“Whoever accepts the resignation (cancels a sale) of a Muslim, Allah will forgive his slips on the Day of Resurrection.” (Sunan Abi Dawud, 3460)
If you are not entirely satisfied with your fragrance purchase, we gladly offer returns, replacements, or exchanges under the following structured guidelines:
1. Return Window & Conditions
Time Frame: You must initiate your return or exchange request within 7 days of receiving your delivery.
Product Condition: To protect product integrity, the perfume bottle must have at least 90% of its original volume remaining.
Exclusions: Sample boxes/discovery sets are non-refundable and non-returnable as they are strictly provided for testing purposes.
2. Return Shipping & Costs
- Customer Preference (Changed Mind/Disliked Scent): If you wish to return or exchange an item due to personal scent preference, the original shipping fee is non-refundable. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, as well as new delivery charges for an exchange.
- Defective or Damaged Items: If your order arrives damaged, leaking, or with a malfunctioning spray mechanism, Scents Daily will cover all return shipping and replacement costs.
